To design introductory exhibition panels for The Soldiers of Oxford Museum based on two thousand years of Oxfordshire’s military heritage.
This is the newest and only military museum in Oxfordshire, based in Woodstock.
A new museum based in Woodstock on the site of the Oxfordshire Museum, offering visitors engaging and immersive experiences through a changing exhibition programme and permanent galleries. Installations include a WW1 trench, WW2 Horsa transporter glider and Afghan Alley.
LSD designed the introduction panels to reflect 2,000 years of Oxfordshire’s military heritage from Roman times to the 21st Century, working closely with a local historian and expert.
